Based on tried and tested practice from real school experience, we provide training, tools, structures and resources which support students as stake holders, learning lessons for life. Teachers are welcoming the sense of exploration with young people this approach brings. Students value the different kind of relationship that develops with their teachers. For many, it is the first time they have felt recognition for what they can do.

Mirroring what has been a proven effective route to introducing Learning to Lead into other schools, we have developed a simple journey to take step by step.
